Just this past year, I acquired a larger space for my home studio. I was so excited because this meant that I could display images BIG. I think the bigger the image, the more the impact. Especially on a focal wall. Another important thing to remember when choosing an image is how it will look in a frame. My favorite image as a 5×7, might look much different cropped as an 8×10. Most of the time, there is not a huge difference. But it is important to remember that one image will look differently depending on what crop ratio you choose.
